Animesh Bordoloi
Animesh is an Assistant Professor of Law at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) in India. He earned his LL.M. degree with a specialization in International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore and holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Degree from the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam.
In the past, he has worked with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Government of Assam in a joint project for strategizing poverty reduction programmes in the State of Assam. Prior to his role in academia, Animesh worked in the Gauhati High Court and in the District & Sessions courts of Assam.
Animesh’s primary research focuses on International Arbitration and Sports law. Apart from this, he also serves on the Editorial Boards of several reputed law reviews. Beyond academia, Animesh hosts ‘The Chicken Neck Podcast,’ North East India’s first and only policy-based podcast, which was recently featured in Newslaundry’s ‘Media Rumble.’

Chandreyee Goswami
Chandreyee is currently pursuing her PhD in Social Anthropology in the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Her research interests includes friendship, social relationships, ethnicity, gender, youth, intimacy, biography, higher education, and Northeast India. She is passionate about teaching and researching and believes that both are intrinsic for advancing critical thinking. Hailing from the region, she is committed towards working for the socio-political relations of the region through her research.
